H+H Option: Affordable Health Care for Those Who Are Uninsured
Through H+H Options, low and moderate-income H+H patients can get affordable healthcare. H+H helps patients apply for public health insurance programs for which they may qualify. If a patient is not eligible for public insurance, we reduce the patient’s fees to an affordable amount based on family size and income. For example, a child in a family of four whose annual income is between $55,126 and $66,150 can be seen at an H+H hospital or clinic for $15 per visit.
Financial assistance is available to New York City residents without regard to immigration status. Of course, all information related to any patient’s immigration status is strictly confidential.
