This workshop will be held using Zoom, so you will need to download Zoom to your smartphone or tablet in advance, but you do not need to create a Zoom account.

  • You will receive a zoom link when you register, and we will send you the zoom link again a couple of days before the workshop after you register.
  • For the safety of the participants, please make sure that your video camera is working and set to show you during the workshop. If you have any problems, please contact the organizers in advance by e-mail. The e-mail address is: selfdefense@caeny.org
  • If you have a walking stick, long umbrella, or broom, please have it handy.
